1 hour phone consultation

Concepts and ideas

Directions on the little things you will want to include

15 dozen roses and/or petals

Set up and creation of ideal scene

 

Price: Packages start at $150

If over the top is your game we will customize this package to meet your needs.

 

 

Bridal Shower Planning: Your friends mean the best but in this day in age everyone has jobs, family and deadlines of their own.  Let us meet with you and the one throwing you the party. We will help with the location and all the details that are needed.

 

Includes:

1 GF Wedding Concepts planner

1 hour meeting to discuss options and ideas

Location finding

Catering

Set up of thank you gifts and all specialty items

Clean up

RSVP maintenance

Any other detail that will be needed for the party

Shower day will consist of 2 hours prep, 2 hours party and ½ hour clean up Totaling 4.5 hours

Additional time will be billed at $25 per hour

 

Price $290.00

Wedding in a Box: This package is for the bride and groom that have a full time life style. Lets us bring to you all of our in-house vendors. You will pick your ceremony location, reception site, food and drink list. We will bring the rest. All you need is send out your invites, get your attire, come ready to get married and have a great time. This is the ultimate in stress free and non time consuming planning.

 

Includes:

2 GF wedding Concepts staff members: 1 Coordinator 1 Assistant  

1 hour consultation

Ceremony site location

Recommendations for décor (rental items will be an additional cost)

Reception site location

Your choice of cake design and flavors, choose from photo gallery

Your choice of roses or hydrangeas in red, white, pink or yellow for the bride and 3 bridesmaids, Groom, 3 groomsmen, 1 ring bearer, 2 moms, 2 dads, rose petals for flower girl

Day of Packages:

 

 

DIFU - Do it for you: (aka Same day or day of Coordination) If you are a DIY Bride who has made it to the finish line and now realizes that you will not be able to be in two places at once to make it all happen. Then this is the package for you. We will meet with you, go over every last detail, walk your venues and put in motion the rehearsal and the event day details.

 

Includes:

2 GF Wedding Concepts staff members: 1 Coordinator 1 Assistant  

Day of the wedding, to include, 3.5 hour prep time, ½ hour ceremony time,1 hour cocktail, 3 hour reception and 1 hour clean up. Total 9 hours

1 hour ceremony rehearsal coordination

1 hour in depth meeting to learn all of the details you’ve been working on, plan your time line, point out any contingency plans that might be needed

1 hour meeting in venue,

Verify all of your vendors one week prior to your event and communication the day of

Distribution of final payments to all vendors

 

Price: $760.00 based on a guest list of 75 or less.

Any additional time will be billed at $25 per hour overage per staff.

 

 

KISS - Keep it simple stupid: You have done everything all while not turning into a Bridezilla. Now you just need to make sure all of your vendors show up to the reception and do what you expect of them, or what is in their contract. This is the package for you. Let us execute your reception from start of the day till finish.

 

Includes:

1 GF Wedding Concept Coordinator

1 hour meeting the week of your event for in depth details

Oversee vendor’s responsibilities

Directing table and room set up

Fire extinguishing of anything that might mishap on the day

Ensure proper placement of favors and any other finished item you would like displayed

Work closely with Maitre-d

Distribute gratuities to all vendors

Pack up your gifts

Send you on your way

Oversea break down on venue

Final walk through to make sure nothing was left behind.

4 hours prep time, 1 hour cocktail, 3 hour reception 1 wrap up total day of time 9 hrs

 

Price: $425.00 up to 75 guests or less

Any additional time will be billed at $25 per hour

 

 
 

Concept Design:

 

 

Design R Us: You have purchased and planned out every last detail of your reception but while you and your friends and family are at the church who is going to take care of the set up? Should you skip your hair appointment? NO WAY! We will come in and create your fantasy world. Set up for you and once you start your party we will say adieu to you.

 

Includes:

2 GF Wedding Concepts staff: 1 Coordinator 1 Associate

1 hour in depth meeting to get the ball rolling and get you on the right track

Establish color and theme

Ideas generated for favors and floral concepts

Let you run with all of the design ideas and shop till you drop

Communicate with all vendors on the day.

And any other little idea or touch that will personalize and make your event special

All day décor & design execution: assistance with table set up, guest seating arrangements, seating charts, favor placement and any other reception details.  

 

Price: $700.00

 

 

Design R Us Supersized: This is the same as Design R us but on a much grander scale. Consider us your craft team.

 

Includes:

Coordination by 3 GF Wedding Concepts staff: 1 Coordinator, 1 Associate, 1 Assistant

1 hour in depth meeting to get the ball rolling putting you on the path to success

Establish color and theme

Ideas generated for favors and floral concepts

Access to our vendor black book and recommendations

1 hour meeting one month out to finalize the details

Maintenance of your wedding RSVP and guest list

Verify all of your vendors and services the week before

Assist with out of town guest bags, assembly of guest bags, itineraries etc for distribution at the wedding guest hotel location

Assembly of favors  

And any other little idea or touch that will personalize and make your event special

All day décor & design execution: assistance with table set up, guest seating arrangements, seating charts, favors and any other decor details.  

Full vendor communication on the day.

 

Price: $1200.00

 

 

 

**Special Note!

Do you have a guest list more than what is included with the package your interested in? No worries. For every 50 over we add an additional assistant for $225.

 

Need an additional item? We will add in an a’la cart price. Just ask for the quote.

 

 
 
Additional Services:

 

Face to face consulting: Help I am lost and don’t know which way to go to get out of the mess I am in $50.00 per hour.

 

Attend a vendor meeting with you $50.00 per hour.

 

Last minute help, an extra set of hands $50 per hour with a 5 hour min. Cannot be booked more than 60 days out.

 

Travel fees and expenses may apply for venues more than 50 miles away. These will be previously discussed. Mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile.

 

Accommodations may be required for some events

 

Travel fees for pick ups or drop offs for anything outside of the set up of your ceremony or reception will be billed at $25 per hour plus a $0.50 mileage fee.

 

Guest weekend itineraries: research, development and arrange itineraries for you and your guest. Starts at $150

 

Distribute guest gift bags starts at $50 plus supplies

 

RSVP maintenance: Don’t have the time to follow up on those missing RSVP cards? We can do it for you. $0.50 per call, International long distance charges will be applied.

 

Assembly of your invitations and sending them in the mail $.050 per invitation based on a 3 part invite. Additional items fees will be applied and postage not included

 

Deliver gown to be cleaned $25

 

Return of tuxedos $25 per location one run to each vendor
